Very cool Mitsubishi travel wagon.

Beautiful water

I met Dicon and we went to the Toy and Transportation Museum near Wanaka. It is a huge collection and I was disappointed in that everything was just so crowded and jammed together that it was hard to really ‘see’ much. There were toys stuffed everywhere and even stacked on the cars. I did get a few photos but it was really hard to get anything nice.

I saw quite a few of these when I was down in Colombia that were used as taxis to take the rural folks out to their places in the mountains.

Nice old tank. It sure is different than what they build now.

This was in the fire truck section.

Cool sidecar trike.

serious mud bog traction devices.

taken especially for Keith…. J

I think this is a Skoda, the famous Russian car.

I guess that this was made for a disabled person. It was powered by a single crank on the right side.

I like this interesting method for making a boom truck.

I think this is my favorite thing at the Museum. It is a roller powered by this little tractor. You might be able to see the front roller underneath. It is steered by the vertical steering wheel which turned the front roller.

This old Allis Chalmers Model G needs a little work.

Three wheel gas truck for the airport.

I really like the oil slick under this old Harley.

The cars are just jammed in here with only about two inches between them.

cool little cruising rig.

I used to own two of these little Austins.

No info on this rig but must have been something used at Bonneville speed trials.
