Market Day
As I was walking by this mountain/traveling bike I noticed a strange rear hub it has. There were shifter knobs on the handlebars. Looks like a way to get rid of all those sprockets and chain derailer.

I went down to the market and passed this sculpture of the sailing ships that found this country.

OK here are some of the scenes I saw going into the market. I cant describe the smells and sounds of the crowd but maybe from some of these photos you will get the idea.

the antique Rolling Stones album was priced at $99. Yeah, the great years….

I think that narrow axe is for making notches for the spring boards that the old time loggers made high up on the tree base to stand on while chopping down or sawing down those big trees.

The crowd.

I had to take this one for Keith. It is a Rail Road spike hammer… train stuff, to you flower folks.

the native woods are really wonderful all worked up and polished.

Lots of music up and down the market.

Organic juice carrots and potatoes.

Strawberries, raspberries, blue berries, black berries….tis the season.

these looked really good and I intended to go back and get some but couldn’t find her again.

These guys were from Peru I think.

I will have to say that they veggies looked really good.

The Blue Babes!!! Looking good eh?

the guy on the left has a tamborine on his foot and was doing really good time with it.

This little gal was waiting for the guys above to finish. They were close to each other and took turns playing.

This guys bread looked fantastic. I will be leaving in the morning and don’t have room for anything else to carry or I would have bought several loaves.

this was on a tee shirt.

Che, at a used book stall.

Tulip bulbs.

I just love these old rock walls.
